Cancellation Policy:
Standard / Flexible Policy: Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel free of charge up to 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within less than 24 to 48 hours of check-in will be charged a penalty equal to the cost of the first night's stay. Non-Refundable Policy: Bookings made under discounted or promotional rates are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued in the event of cancellation, date modification, or non-arrival. No-Show Policy: If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification, the reservation will be classified as a no-show. A penalty equal to 100% of the first night's stay (or the total booking amount for prepaid reservations) will be charged, and any remaining nights of the reservation will be canceled.
